Out long-term strategy
Negative economic shock of the war is severe and is driving millions into poverty.
The scale of destruction to residential neighborhoods and critical infrastructure including health care, transportation corridors, schools, and shopping areas, is devastating.
It will take enormous resources, and a great deal of time, to rebuild what has been and is being destroyed in the conflict.
