Support for the Scholarship Program "Individual Trajectory of a Leader" at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy
Individual Trajectory of a Leader is a training program for high school students in which each participant, in cooperation with his or her tutor, develops his or her Individual Trajectory of a Leader. It is a step-by-step algorithm of personal and professional development leading to a true mastery of shaping your future, finding your vocation and unlocking your potential.
The ENEIDA Foundation has contributed to the development of this project because it is in line with one of its main missions - to support the development of educational processes in Ukraine.
The programme has been successfully completed. Twenty-four participants gained tremendous experience and worked on their knowledge of the NMT disciplines and skills in personal development, self-realisation in public life and finding their professional niche in the Ukrainian labour market.
