The goal of the project is to create a soft prosthesis that would be as simple and easy to use as possible, a device that would provide an opportunity to start early rehabilitation for patients with amputation of the upper limb above the elbow joint (Humerus).

This device shall enable an amputee to begin the rehabilitation process and adjust to his new living conditions literally within the first month after the amputation surgery. Usually this period takes at least six months and people with such injuries are not able to serve themselves independently.The peculiarity of our project is that we plan to implement it at a large regional rehabilitation center involving the departments for rehabilitation, orthopedics and traumatology, which work with a large number of such patients.
